GrillirG Control User Agreement and Privacy Policy

Please read this User Agreement and Privacy Policy ("Agreement") carefully before using the GrillirG Control application ("App") operated by PrimePolaris ("we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the App.

1. Service Description

The GrillirG Control App is an auxiliary tool designed for controlling compatible grills. Through the App, users can:

  • Connect to their grills via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi
  • Monitor real-time temperature data
  • Receive malfunction alerts
  • Access historical cooking data

Important Notice: The App serves as an auxiliary tool and does not replace manual operation. Users are solely responsible for grill safety.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Possess necessary knowledge and skills for grill operation
  • Follow all safety guidelines in your grill's user manual
  • Assume full responsibility for:
    • Damage caused by improper operation
    • Losses from ignored malfunction alerts
    • Consequences of Agreement violations

Prohibited Activities: Illegal use, reverse engineering, or any actions harming the App/other users.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data Collection

We collect:

  • Location Data: For device connection and location-based services
  • Connection Data: Bluetooth/Wi-Fi information for remote control
  • Usage Data: Temperature curves and usage patterns for system optimization
